About Higgins Commercial Property Company

Higgins Property Company, LLC, (HPC) is a full service commercial real estate firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a branch office located in Sarasota, Florida.  HPC specializes in retail brokerage and leasing, consulting, and tenant representation. Pamela Higgins, has more than 30 years of commerical real estate experience.

Pamela was previously employed for seven years with Trammell Crow Company. She was originally based in Dallas, Texas, as Vice President of retail leasing where she was responsible for retail project leasing and new business development. During her real estate career, Pamela has negotiated more than 425 lease transactions and more than $40 million in retail brokerage transactions.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Pamela was Vice President of Leasing for Basic Capital Realty, based in Dallas, where she was responsible for leasing more than 2 million square feet of retail properties in five states across the south and southeast. Pamela is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In April, 2003, Pamela was the Oklahoma/Arkansas state co-chairman responsible for the first ICSC Oklahoma/Arkansas Idea Exchange! Ms. Higgins has been an author and speaker for the International Council of Shopping Centers, and currently holds a real estate license in four states, including Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Florida. Pamela lived in Florida and Texas during her career development; however, she  is a native Tulsan, and currently resides at Grand Lake in Oklahoma.

Technical - Mr. Ryan Hawkins:

Graphics - Mrs. Anna Dooly: 

Our newest addition is Anna Dooly, our Graphics Specialist.  Anna prepares all mapping data, demographic profiles, and all marketing material for Higgins Commecial Property Company.  Anna has extensive background and experience with web and graphics design work.   

Administrative Assistant - Sheila Prince: 

Sheila was previously the Office Manager for Higgins Commercial Property Company.  Sheila is an inactive Oklahoma Sales/Associate; and, she assists Pamela and all of our clients on an "as needed basis".  

Accounting/Bookkeeping - Mrs. Mary Pang, CPA: 

Mary is a full time employee with Rice and Vowell Accounting Services, Inc., based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Mary is Higgins Commercial Property Company's "point person" with Rice and Vowell.  Mary is responsible for all of our accounting needs, including but not limited to: preparation and review of client proformas, company account payables and receivables.
